Fall Leaves Fall

To celebrate the beginning of this fall season, we read "Let It Fall" by Maryann Cocca-Leffler. What a great book! Our craft turned into 2 different ones... First, we took real leaves, painted them with watercolors and stamped them onto paper. Second we painted a coffee filter with fall colored watercolors, dried them, cut them into a leaf shape and finished it off by hole-punching each one to hang. Check out our work:)

Fall Trees - handprints Mommy and Me Class

Today's CCAA Mommy and Me class at the Exton Mall...  read "This Tree Counts!" by Alison Formento, sang the "Lion Hunt" and made wonderful handprint trees. We used beautiful fall colored wallpaper to trace our arm and hand to make the base of the tree. Then we used yellow, orange and red paint to make handprint fall leaves. Check out our beautiful trees!
